Adventist Men's Ministries
Stronger Bonds.
Deeper Faith.
Galvanizing the men of Stroudsburg to stand as bold spiritual leaders, authentic brothers in Christ, and proactive servants in our homes and community.
Welcome to our brotherhood! Following the official mission framework of the Seventh-day Adventist Men’s Ministries, we exist to lead men to a deep, transformative relationship with Jesus. We believe that God has called men to be spiritual anchors—not by power or might, but through a life of humble service, strict biblical integrity, and mutual accountability.
Whether you are navigating the complexities of career, retirement, marriage, or single life, there is an intentional place for you here. We don't walk this trail alone.
The Three Pillars of Our Ministry
How we align our lives with Scripture, build up our local brotherhood, and step out into active mission.
Discipleship
Reach Up to the Word"Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love." — 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
True manhood is forged at the foot of the cross. Our primary focus is grounding men in systematic Bible study, absolute doctrinal clarity, and consistent devotional prayer routines. By digging deeply into God's Word, we learn to govern our lives by its principles.
Our Growth Focus:
- Men's Bible Studies: Regular small-group text analysis addressing prophecy, character development, and biblical duty.
- Prayer Circles: Dedicated accountability networks where men carry one another’s burdens directly before the throne of grace.
- Spiritual Rallies: Coordinated attendance at regional conference retreats designed for intensive spiritual recalibration.
Brotherhood
Reach In with Each Other"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17
Isolation is the greatest enemy of spiritual growth. We intentionally dismantle the barriers of superficial conversations by creating safe, high-trust spaces where men can share real struggles, find authentic mentorship, and receive real encouragement.
How We Connect:
- Fellowship Breakfasts: Casual, regular weekend gatherings combining a hearty meal with sharp, thematic group discussion.
- Intergenerational Mentorship: Connecting seasoned elders with young adults and youth to pass along practical life skills and spiritual wisdom.
- Accountability Pairs: Partnering brothers up to ensure no man falls out of the line of march through isolation.
Mission
Reach Out to the World"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace." — 1 Paragraph 4:10
A man's faith must manifest in practical execution. Following Christ’s method of service, our ministry serves as a rapid-response labor pool for our church family and the surrounding Stroudsburg neighborhood, meeting tangible local needs.
How We Serve:
- Practical Church Care: Deploying physical trade skills for construction, repairs, and seasonal landscaping modifications.
- Community Relief Action: Coordinated partnerships with local community food banks, shelter organizations, and senior assistance initiatives.
- Frontline Evangelism: Supporting our church's holistic ministries—including VBS setups and health seminars—with logistical execution.
